Thiagi is one of my favorite educators though his focus is more about business training. I received one of his newsletters today and did a bit of exploring of his resources because I had the vague memory that he uses Moodle and I will be a serious Moodle user soon along with some of New Mexico's eteachers. I found it and one of his courses is called The Four-Door Approach to Elearning.
